Bent Wheels

precision straightening to get you running smooth

Alloy wheels with low-profile tires can bend when they hit potholes or sharp edges.

Symptoms of a bent wheel

  • Steering Wheel Vibration

  • Uneven tire wear

  • Increase suspension wear

We’ve invested in specialized straightening equipment to restore bent wheels safely, at a fraction of the replacement cost. If your wheel can’t be made roadworthy, there’s no charge for the repair.

Cracked Wheels

cracked but not defeated

Potholes and curbs can also cause cracks. With the right process, many cracked wheels can be repaired safely.

Our method, developed by an aviation welder and inspector, relies on precision TIG welding using a Miller Dynasty TIG machine. This allows fine control over aluminum wheel repair.

Key Steps
