Tire light came on, stopped in to NW wheel & tire after my automotive shop recommended them!  Not only was it almost 5pm, but Dylan was great and checked all my tires, and didn’t make me feel like I was inconveniencing him. Will be back when I need my next set of tires! David and Cooper along with the rest of the team are excellent at the work they do. I use their winter tire storage program, the process to swap tires and store snow tires is very smooth and fast. I also had them replace all my break pads which lead to unforeseen brake parts that need to also be replaced. Cooper did his best to keep all repairs at a very reasonable price and had my vehicle back on the road as fast as they could with having to wait a day for parts to be delivered. Cooper and the team kept me informed at every step of the way on the repairs. The team at NW Wheel and Tire are top notch. Not knowing what exactly i wanted, Cooper entertained my brainstorming and conversation until we decided on a tire. In typical fashion, the tire I picked had to be backordered with no definitive ETA. Fast forward a week, I happened to be in the neighborhood and stopped by for an update. Low and behold, tires arrived 5 minutes before I parked. Before i knew it, the truck was pulled into a bay and Tanner got to work swapping tires. Definitely didnt think I was going to have new tires on before the weekend prior to my visit, so big thanks to the NW Wheel and Tire team for being so quick and accommodating. I stopped by NW to ask about having tires mounted. I was helped by a guy named Cooper who walked me through different tire choices (than I was think of going with.) He asked about the kind of driving I did, what I was looking for, and what my vehicle was. He was professional, patient and courteous. A pleasure to deal with. These guys are the best!  I've been going to them for snow tires and winter/summer changeovers for several years.  Always happy with the scheduling and quality of work.  But recently, Dani and Cooper pulled out all the stops to get me new wheels and snow tires on a very tight schedule during their busiest time. I have been going to Dave and his NW team for years now, wether for tires or if I needed some engine parts powder coated. I have been using them since back when they were in a little shop and now to big building with a gorgeous interior and nice waiting area. NW has always been super nice and very helpful. I recently got into more off-roading since I always drove lower cars before this. I called up NW and asked what  tires they would recommend for the needs I had. They gave me different options at different price points as well as explained the difference between the sets of tires I was looking at. I did look around at different shops and NW seems to always have comparible prices, if not better than any where else in Bend. I live about three hours away and made it a point to go see some family in Bend so I could stop by NW Wheel & Tire. Super happy with the results.
